Shipping Policy Orders placed before 11:00 AM GMT are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM GMT are usually shipped the next day (Monday through Thursday). Orders placed after 11:00 AM GMT on Friday are shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders in the U.S. under 13oz are shipped First Class Mail (2-5 days) Unless Priority Mail is selected. Anything over 13oz you have the option of Media Mail (1-2 weeks) or Priority Mail (2-3 days). NOTE: Due to USPS shipping restrictions only games and books qualify for Media Mail. Any other items such as Joysticks, gamepads, computer components etc. do NOT qualify for Media Mail. International Shipping All international orders under 4lbs are shipping via USPS First Class Mail. Any items over 4lbs must be sent USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping is available worldwide with the exception of Mexico. Due to the corrupt postal system any items going to Mexico must include $12.00 extra so they can be shipped registered mail with insurance. Please contact us first at Thepc_gamer@yahoo.com before placing an order or Mexico. International orders may be subject to additional Customs fees. Please check with your country's Customs policies before placing an order. You are fully responsible for all additional fees your order may incur. Return Policy Please note that you must contact us at thepc_gamer@yahoo.com within 30 days of shipment to return an order or report a lost item. We only accept returns due to defective media or receiving the wrong product. We do NOT accept returns due to compatibility issues. It is your responsibility to check if the software/hardware is compatible with your system before buying. Defective Media: All games are scanned with CDCheck before listing. If you think there is something wrong with your disk you can download a CD/DVD scanning program here for free: http://www.kvipu.com/CDCheck/ If it shows your disk has errors email us at Thepc_gamer@yahoo.com with the results. If the disk is defective it will be professionally resurfaced, If the disk cannot be repaired a replacement will be sent. If no replacement is available a refund will be sent. If the item you purchased was new and sealed your must contact the game manufacturer about their return policy. We DO NOT accept returns on new and sealed items. Also note some vintage games on 3.5” and 5.25” floppy disks may not be covered for returns. If so it will be specifically stated in the items description. Wrong Product: If you have received the wrong item please contact us at Thepc_gamer@yahoo.com so we can get the correct item to you as soon as possible. COMPATABLITY: Buyer is responsible for making sure that the game is compatible with their operating system. To find out if a specific game will work on your platform we recommend putting in "system requirements game name" into your favorite search engine. 99% of the time this will give you what you need to know. Searching for “game name on system name” also works well. Due to the large number of operating systems and different system configurations we cannot make any guarantee about games working on specific systems. We sell new and old games and frequently have people buy older games that came out for MS-DOS and wonder why it doesn't work on Vista that came out over a decade later. We do not offer refunds due to compatibility. It is your responsibility to check before buying. that the game is compatible with their operating system. Lost Items: If you did not receive your merchandise (i.e. they are lost in shipment), you must report such loss within 20 business days of shipment (US) or 30 Days (international), the Company will file a claim with USPS and will pay to you any amounts (if any) that are paid by USPS as a result of such claim. The Company, however, does not represent or guarantee that USPS will pay any such claims. Any such payments are subject to USPS terms and conditions. The company is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or mishandled shipments
